Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery at fintopart@gmail.com

Returned items must be unused and sent back in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact me before returning an item. Returns sent without prior communication will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged items

Items damaged during transit are covered by the terms described in the Shipping Policy.

Exchanges

I do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, I will confirm whether a refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary.
