Shipping Policy

All pieces are carefully packed and shipped from Kraków, Poland.

Processing

I typically prepare and ship orders within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Before shipment, I inspect and photograph each finished piece to document its condition prior to packing.

International shipping

I ship worldwide.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs procedures and local postal services. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Customs and import fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional fees charged by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging

Ceramic objects require careful protection during transport. Every order is packed individually to reduce the risk of damage.

Damaged deliveries

Please inspect both the package and its contents immediately upon delivery.

If any damage is found, contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and the item.

Claims reported after this period will not be accepted.

Handmade objects

Small variations in surface, texture, tone or form are a natural part of the making process and are not defects.
